Once we receive and review your appointment request, we will send you a confirmation email and an invoice to the email address you provided.
Payment is required 24 hours before your appointment is scheduled to take place. If payment is not received during this time, your appointment will be considered cancelled.
Please note that once you have booked and received confirmation of your appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will not be eligible for a refund for that service or to reschedule it.
Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment may be refunded or rescheduled.

If we cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment is scheduled to take place, your next appointment is free!
